Very first, very short blog post

Hello world!

Alex and I have arrived at our first stop: Hanoi, Vietnam. After more than 25 hours in transit, we're pretty tired. Despite the urge to crawl into bed immediately, we fought temptation by taking a walking around Hanoi's Old Quarter, where we're staying this week. We sipped a local beer in our hostel common room and got dinner recommendations from some fellow travelers. A bowl of phở later, we're finally ready to call it a night.

Tomorrow is a brand new day.
